VENOM Performance Fuel Injectors are 100% flow tested, balanced and matched to within +/- 1.5% of their nominal flow rate. These injectors are sold in matched sets. The Fuel Injector Pintle Assemblies are matched and blueprinted to increase flow rate and fuel atomization. All internal O-rings are manufactured of an advanced polyelastamer compound which increases their resistance to fuel chemicals and also, resists damage caused by the higher temperatures performance engines create. The Electromagnetic Coils injector coils are molded of aerospace grade materials and wound with micro-meter tolerances to decrease activation time at the start of each duty cycle. The coils are encased in Kapton tape and molded to protect against electrical current leaching when under severe load. In manufacturing the Electrical Plug VENOM uses solid copper terminals to increase current flow to the coils. Also the terminals and guide pins are slightly oversized to ensure a tighter fit and lesson the chance of corrosion damage, while maintaining a solid electrical connection. The Filter Basket is a fine mesh filter designed to protect the injector internals from contaminant damage. The filter is also manufactured from a fuel/oil resistant polyelastamer. The External Injector Seals are included for each injector and are also designed to withstand the pressures and heat generated by performance applications.

  2. To inspect your fuel system, drive your vehicle to see how it performs. Your vehicle should drive smoothly, accelerate with ease, and go up and down through the speed limits easily. The mileage on your vehicle and the condition of the engine will also have an influence on how the vehicle drives.
If you have a clear fuel filter, inspect the color of the fuel. If the fuel is dark, the fuel system needs to be flushed.
